If you have been taking a look at my blog you might have thought that I wasn’t interested in the program any longer. But that is definitely not the case. I’ve had a family emergency that has taken 2 weeks + of my time away from my passion.

What’s that passion you may ask – I guess you might say it is the Net as I spend up to 14 hours a day doing something that is internet related.

A lot of people get fascinated with the money that they hear can be made on the Internet. When they start opting in to various lists of internet marketing programs, the bombardment begins.

Then the chasing begins. The sales letter of one promotion is read and it sounds good – right? But then another is read and that sounds a bit better. So the jumping starts.

Maybe a program or two are joined. That is when the confusion usually starts.

If you are a total “newbie” to the business, you have all the basic support infrastructure to set up. This will include, but will not be limited to…

• autoresponder
• host

Then comes…

• domain purchase
• create a blog
• get html editor

Then comes the time consuming building of a traffic generation network… and this can consume you. It is the heart of the business.

That’s about all I have today, but will see you more frequently in the coming weeks. First day that I have had time to devote to my Net business. It will be another week or two before I am back to full speed.

I am caught up to the program more or less. I have the sales page up and all is working with the autoresponder. Just waiting for messages from Alex which should be forthcoming this week. This blog is up and needs some tweaking, but it is up. Next is Hub page and Squidoo site. Already have Twitter up and running. Just going thru the tools to save time with Twitter management.

Caught about half of Webinar and need to listen to the rest when it is available online.

Once autoresponder message series is in place will start posting messages in article directories while I am waiting for Alex to give the traffic generating secrets.

Thought it might be interesting to all who would like to be interested… I caught Alex Jeffreys Webinar on Monday and he made a couple of comments that were so true I would like to jump up on the stump and preach a little about them.

He said that many of us looking to make some bucks in the Internet marketing biz sometimes want it to be perfect and we keep spending hours and hours trying to get that perfection. All this time is spent when we should be moving on to get something online so it will start making money.

I am one of those guys, but I have vowed to change my ways.

Although I make a basic living out of the Internet with shop carts that sell a product, I have for sometime attempted to get into the Internet biz like Alex and many others are doing. That is where the real money is.

So if your reading this and you have the desire to make it online, just get the stuff up, tweak it later. Some will say it isn’t perfect, but you know it probably never will be.

Just do it!
